Job Description:

Review construction plans and prepare quantity requirements.
Prepare reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other documents.
Scrutinize maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
Liaise with project/Sub Engineers, clients, and contractors to verify costing reports/bills of materials through detailed drawings.
Forecast & Prepare project costing for the different materials needed for the project such as materials, quantities, labor, and time.
Generate regular cost reports, providing insights into project financial performance.
