Human Resource (HR) review meeting of Alkhidmat Foundation Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was held under the chairmanship of Provincial President Khalid Waqas, during which the establishment of an Alkhidmat Research and Development Center was also discussed.

The meeting deliberated in detail on setting up a provincial-level Research and Development Center to strengthen data-driven and research-based approaches in humanitarian services, aiming to make welfare initiatives more effective and sustainable.

The proposed center will scientifically evaluate the impact of Alkhidmat’s various welfare programs on communities, enabling better planning and implementation of future projects to serve society more effectively.

Participants also reviewed the organization’s policies, decision-making processes, and administrative matters, while engaging in brainstorming sessions to discuss the future roadmap of the foundation.
