Job description:

• Supervise and manage construction activities in a safe, timely and sustainable manner. 
• Coordinate and provide clear instructions to contractors, subcontractors and labor teams. 
• Monitor project progress on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to ensure timely completion. 
• Ensure proper use, handling and monitoring of construction materials at the project site. 
• Verify that all construction work complies with approved specifications, quality standards, budgets and project timelines. 
•  Provide technical guidance, resolve on-site construction issues and ensure smooth project execution. 
• Prepare site reports, maintain progress records and submit regular updates to management. 
• Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety and organizational policies.
